Fit top cover

Fit top cover part.

Fit sash cover

Fit sash upper cover parts.

Install support batten

Before fitting the top flashing section, it may be necessary to fit a supporting batten.

Fix top flashing

Fix the top flashing section. It should sit tightly over the existing top window cover part.

Secure top flashing

Screw top flashing section to the frame.

Fasten flashing

Fasten the flashing side parts to battens using clips provided.

Replace tiles to the side

Replace tiles up the side. It is recommended to slit the foam slightly immediately above each tile. This prevents there being a gap where the tile steps up.

Ensure tiles fit

You are likely to need to cut the tiles on one side of the frame to make a perfect fit. Ensuring the gap is within the recommended tolerances (30-60mm).

Replace top tiles

Replace top row of tiles, It may be necessary to cut the tiles for a perfect fit. Mainatin the recommended tolerance between the tiles and the frame (60-150mm).

Replace window

Replace sash in frame. Make sure you support the frame firmly before locating the hinge arms into the locking mechanism.
